WedSailor

How it works

Three movements from yes to I do.

You do not learn a tool. You open a Journey, compose the Voyage, and hand your guests a QR. Everything else is WedSailor keeping up with you.

Movement one

Open your Journey.

Open your Journey.

Answer four questions — date, city, rough guest count, rough budget. WedSailor lays out the whole plan: a Checklist ordered by what blocks what, a Budget with sensible caps for your city, and a Voyage skeleton with the ceremonies you actually plan to hold.

  • 01Two minutes to a real plan, not an empty dashboard.
  • 02Invite the Crew — both families and your planner — with roles.
  • 03Compass flags what usually gets booked too late in your city.

Movement two

Compose the Voyage.

Compose the Voyage.

Shortlist Destinations and compare them on your terms. Draw the floor, seat the families, and lay the multi-day running order end to end — mehendi, sangeet, muhurtham, reception. Assign an owner and a vendor to every moment so nobody is waiting on a phone call.

  • 01Seating with family conflict warnings before anyone sits down.
  • 02Every booking writes itself into the Budget ledger.
  • 03Share a read-only plan link with the venue and the caterer.

Movement three

Hand the guests a QR.

Hand the guests a QR.

Send the digital invitation on WhatsApp; RSVPs land straight on the guest list. On the day, guests scan at the gate, arrivals count up live, and photos flow into the Treasure Chest as they are taken. You get to stand still and watch it happen.

  • 01One unique code per household, offline-tolerant at the gate.
  • 02Live arrival counts by function, visible to the whole Crew.
  • 03Guest uploads land in one moderated gallery, not four group chats.

On the day

What the Crew sees, hour by hour.

  1. 06:40

    Load-in

Decor team arrives. The florist gets a reminder with the gate contact and the parking bay.

  2. 09:15

    Muhurtham

Priest, photographer and the family who must be seated first are all on the same card.

  3. 12:30

    Lunch service

Arrival count says 312 of 400. Catering adjusts before the queue forms.

  4. 20:00

    Reception

Seating plan on the host phone. Gift log open. Gallery already filling up.

Before

Nine months of small decisions

WedSailor keeps the order, the money and the Crew straight so the decisions stay small.

During

Five days of moving parts

Everyone holds the same running order. Nobody calls you to ask where to stand.

After

One place it all lives

Final accounts, thank-you list and the full gallery — exportable, and yours.

Movement one takes two minutes.
