Yes — the Journey, Checklist and Budget ledger are complete, with three Crew seats and up to 250 guests. You only need Navigator if you want the seating planner, the Voyage timeline, QR check-in or unlimited Crew.
No. It is a one-time payment per wedding, and it stays open for twelve months after your date so you can settle accounts and download the gallery in peace.
Yes. Invite them as Crew with the planner role — they see the Voyage, vendors and ledger without you handing over your login. Planners on the Captain plan can also link your Journey to their own dashboard.
The Treasure Chest stays available for twelve months on Navigator, and you can export everything in full resolution at any time. We never use your photographs for anything.
Never. Invitations, RSVP and QR check-in all run in the browser — a WhatsApp link is enough. Only the couple and Crew get an account.
Upgrade at any point and you keep everything already entered. If you upgrade within 30 days of starting, we credit what you have already paid.
